Temperature controlled without passing 25ºC, manually adjusted daily and respectfully macerated according to the variety.
Stored in stainless steel, which replicates natural fermentation. Directed in controlled temperatures: 20-25ºC for 10-15 days.
Permanency in cask:
7 months in casks of French oak.
With fresh natural egg white.
Cold Treated to -3ºC.
Accompanied by an aroma of red fruits, its permanency in casks of French oak for 7 months will excite an intense, long and persistent palate. It is a structured and elegant wine.
